All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days and will typically arrive within 4-10 business days.

DELAYS:

Occasionally USPS can have delays with the delivery. Sun Lily is not responsible for any delays on the USPS and we are not responsible for any damage to your package. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help!  

POLICY

When purchased  the payment processing fees are non-refundable to Sun Lily and to the buyer. 

If the buyer drops and damages the product please contact ASAP with your tracking number. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages .

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, please email us. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps us attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. 

Package Sent Back?  

When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

SunLily is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

​If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Sun Lily. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. 

We will begin making the order once it is placed, but we are not responsible for any missing information provided.
